Key Factors One of the key factors to successful Entrepreneur is to embrace and develop positive thinking as an individual. It is also imperative that you acquire certain degree of understanding your self worth, conviction and judgement. It is essential that you develop the ability, and obtain considerable joy in being as creative as possible. As business flows from ideas, therefore give way to your inventive skills and inspirations, always assessing the various scenarios or options at your disposal. Remember when you nurture a low sense of esteem you easily become a victim of persuasive speculation. It is reasonable to assume that a person who is constantly making excuses for actions committed is reflecting on a low sense of self esteem. The conscientious micro-entrepreneur will cultivate his/her flexibility for self-improvement or they will nurture a complete knowledge of his or her strengths and weaknesses. It is important that you are able to find satisfaction in what you are doing. Develop a positive attitude by surrounding yourself with positive oriented dealings. Always remember that your mind is on of the greatest gifts given to you by your Creator. Let your associates be people who are positive thinkers and achievers. It is important that you seek an environment that is conducive to enhance your positive qualities and cultivate these features. By surrounding yourself with positive beings you will increase your level of positive thinking, bearing in mind that most of us have a desire to change but few of us take action. Attitude Is The Key Set in motion activities that will bring your goals into focus, develop patterns and attitudes that harmonize the role of an entrepreneur. Endeavour to cultivate behavioral patterns which will include the setting of goals: with a clear and define objective and preparing a realistic planning schedule. Be incline to set the pace with projects however difficult, but achievable. Nurture the ability to measure progress as it relates to goal completions. As a micro-entrepreneur it is in your interest that you cultivate the ability to be a motivating source. In addition, to display high levels of sensitivity with regard to human relations by showing understanding and respect to others with a deep sense of concern towards maintaining harmony. The entrepreneur's attitude should be centered around a positive sense of satisfaction in his/her endeavour towards objective or goal. Displaying high levels of organizational skills and flexibility, being mindful that a positive attitude is developed over a period of concentrated effort and activities, in the same vein success is reaped by the ones, having faith in themselves and utilizing this ability to the fullest. When you are conscious that actions carry responsibilities, there is a tendency for one to review one's habits as it relates to future goals.
Leadership Skills Entrepreneurs are leaders who are able to develop certain skills and images, have firm belief in continuous growth and aspire towards achieving higher levels of efficiency and success. However, given our unique personality it is difficult to develop personal styles of leadership. As leaders, one of the key functions is to evaluate and develop skills of your staff and always counting on their support by delegating responsibilities. This approach helps to nurture their trust and confidence, and also create the atmosphere for the employees to aspire to their full potential. The ability to adopt clearly defined goals and take positive steps to achieve them cannot be ignored. The need to formulate your objectives in terms of priorities should be challenging and motivating for you to learn and grow. You should be able to nurture the strength of mind to be flexible and imaginative in a competitive environment. You must be prepared to work under strenuous conditions, take risks, make decisions and implement actions to attain your goals. Finally, the most important factor on your mind is being able to satisfy the need of the public, by providing something of value to them and at the same time guaranteeing your success.
